Classroom instructional time is important. Therefore, we encourage you to pick up your child during the regular dismissal at 3:00. Once our announcements are over, our dismissal procedures will begin. There will be no early dismissal permitted after 2:45, unless it is an emergency. If you have an appointment or a family emergency and you have to pick up your child early, you must come to the office and sign the child out. The school secretary or designee will call for the child to come to the office and have proper ID availabe to show. Do not go to the classroom to pick up your child. Teachers have been instructed to not dismiss children directly from their classrooms.
When sending some one to pick up your child who is not on the location card, you must send a signed and dated note to the teacher. The teacher is responsible for informing the office of this change. Students will not be released your to anyone who is not listed on the emergency list on file in the school office. This procedure will help us make sure that no unauthorized person picks up your child. Help us keep your child safe and secure.
