School Bus Policies
 

1. Students are expected to take their seats quickly and remain quiet after
     boarding the bus. No seats can be reserved by students. Should a driver
     assign a seat, the student must obey.
    Students will remain in their seats while the bus in motion.

2. Students should not open bus windows unless asked by the driver.  

3. Students should keep arms, legs, and head inside the bus.

4. While riding the bus, students must not do the following:

a. Fight

b. Smoke

c. Throw objects on the bus or out the window

d. Disturb the driver

e. Litter

f. Make loud or unnecessary noises

g. Eat food or drink beverages

h. Transport items which may endanger the health or safety of any other passenger

i. Carry pets or weapons on the bus

j. Ask the driver to let him/her off at a stop other than the assigned bus stop

5. Continuous misbehavior on the bus will result in the student being suspended from the bus. This will require that parents/guardians provide the student’s transportation to and from school.
